Abel is very knowledgeable and low pressure. He is 100% making it work! We were on a short turn around. Great buying experience Cyndy and the other folks at Mercedes-Benz of Salem provided a great buying experience as we bought our new @)@) E350. In spite of a few complexities Cyndy and the other folks at Mercedes-Benz of Salem provided a great buying experience as we bought our new @)@) E350. In spite of a few complexities (two cars traded in, one from an estate), everything was handled professionally, smoothly and relaxed. Cyndy even made sure that we were hooked up with MercedesMe, synced my Android phone AND my wife's iPhone to the car and even helped my wife discover how she can change the E350's displays to Chinese - my wife's native language - to make it easier for her to drive. Then, she shot photos of us and her car so that our family and friends in China could see! We live near Portland, and this experience was well worth driving down to Salem... We'll remember and come back again in the future if we need another Mercedes. Thanks to everyone, and especially Cyndy. More
