He did an outstanding job troubleshooting and resolving the issue with the van. I have had the fuel smell issue Spence I purchased the van and he found the problem and made sure the cost were taken care o the issue with the van. Service was great, but one of the staff (Brian) was very rude to my 17 year old daughter when she came to pick her car. I had parked it there to pick up my car. He was making rude comments about her driving rude to my 17 year old daughter when she came to pick her car. I had parked it there to pick up my car. He was making rude comments about her driving a Subaru and wouldn't help her when he key wasn't working. Luckily, a lady staff member (I didn't catch her name) helped her, but the key wouldn't work. Whoever this man is was also rude to my husband when he went back with my daughter to pick up the Subaru. The staff member did not give a good first impression of Mercedes Salem and this experience make me wonder about going back there. More

Treated very well on my first time visit. Detailed FSS B 52160 sevice information shared with me. Service completed in a reasonable amount of time. Only problem: When I arrived home I checked under hood and front Engine Cover right side clip was broken off. Metal portion of left side clip off of mount & laying on air cleaner hose. Using Super Glue gel, I've glued right clip mount to engine cover & reinstalled left clip to engine cover. My vehicle is old, with high miles but in excellent condition. Even though my GLK350 is not a high priced unit, it should be treated with care. ALSO: I was advised Mercedes Benz of Salem provided a complementary wash & vac, which was not performed. More
