When we arrived for our appointment to test drive the vehicle, we were met by Arthur our salesperson. We filled out a brief contact form and began the test drive. Arthur joined us for the test drive. He was very personable and informative about the vehicle. He made it a very comfortable, stress free preview. When we sat down to talk about price and our trade, etc., we felt that there was no pressure to buy but they wanted our business. Arthur met our price expectation and so we looked no further! Throughout the transaction, we were made to feel as though we were valued customers by all of the staff at this dealership whether we were buying a Mercedes or other vehicle. I told Anjula from the beginning my lease isn't up until next April ( I have a BMW now) , and not to waste his time with me since I wasn't buying today.
