While trying to purchase a $200,000 vehicle, I was repeatedly given the runaround, had significant amounts of my time wasted, and ultimately dealt with commitments and statements that were later changed. The lack of clear communication and consistency made what should have been a straightforward transaction unnecessarily frustrating. What was equally disappointing was seeing how this approach affected his own sales staff, creating unnecessary obstacles for them while they were simply trying to complete a sale. Based on my experience, the level of professionalism, communication, and management was far below what I would expect from a dealership handling vehicles at this level. I would recommend saving yourself the time and frustration and doing business elsewhere. More
