Paul, my salesman, tried to be patient as the insurance company worked out the funds to purchase a new vehicle. Gene Woods, on the other hand, was rude and condescending. Maybe dealing with a woman made him feel superior? Had several communications with him as the paper work had to be faxed to him. He became frustrated as it was tying up the fax/printer. After the documents were successfully emailed, I noticed that I was charged sales tax. As a New York resident, tax is paid at DMV for Illinois vehicle purchases. Left Gene as voicemail regarding the oversight. Had to call him as he hadn't returned my call. When I reached him, he immediately cut me off. He said, "let me explain something to you", like I'm some kind of idiot, no you didn't pay sales tax. I said, look at the bill of sale. He came back and said, yes the girl in the office must of made a mistake. No apology. He said he'd overnight a check. It came the next day minus the overnight fee. Not my mistake. The dealership should have paid the overnight fee. If I have an occasion to do business with the dealership again, I do not want to work with Gene Woods! More

Going to Mercedes Benz of St Charles is the best dealer experience I've had, ever. I would even say this is the best Mercedes dealer in the area. This dealer is so fast and puts so much detail into their work. I normally work with Brad or Jacob when coming in and can say, I appreciate that they both have always done an awesome job at making my experience feel as luxurious as can be.I always feel welcome, they are both always extremely detailed, polite, and helpful. I live closer to Naperville but will continue to make the trip to St. Charles because of the service. More

Be careful buying service plans/warranties on your new Mercedes vehicle. I was the victim of a serious auto accident where my newly purchased GLB250 with upgraded options was completely totaled, and I suf Mercedes vehicle. I visited the dealership later to get a refund on my service plan that was never used and since there was no need for it. The dealership canceled the service plan on the new totaled vehicle right away, however declined to refund my money for the canceled service plan and informed me that Mercedes does not give a refund. It is bad enough to have your newly purchased Mercedes totaled, suffered serious injuries, and then being told by Mercedes we will not refund any monies on canceled service plan that was never used! Shame on you Mercedes! More

The facilites are excellent as well from the showroom to the customer lounge to the service and billing area. More
