Be careful buying service plans/warranties on your new Mercedes vehicle. I was the victim of a serious auto accident where my newly purchased GLB250 with upgraded options was completely totaled, and I suf Mercedes vehicle. I was the victim of a serious auto accident where my newly purchased GLB250 with upgraded options was completely totaled, and I suffered serious injuries. I visited the dealership later to get a refund on my service plan that was never used and since there was no need for it. The dealership canceled the service plan on the new totaled vehicle right away, however declined to refund my money for the canceled service plan and informed me that Mercedes does not give a refund. It is bad enough to have your newly purchased Mercedes totaled, suffered serious injuries, and then being told by Mercedes we will not refund any monies on canceled service plan that was never used! Shame on you Mercedes! More
