The key had broken for my Sprinter van. Steve Heinking handled the problem by ordering a new key and then asking to have it covered under warranty. I recently found out that there was a new mercedes dealership in st charles, il. I had just bought a used mercedes and had a lot of questions so I stopped in to see the place. The manager Steve Heinki dealership in st charles, il. I had just bought a used mercedes and had a lot of questions so I stopped in to see the place. The manager Steve Heinking was extremely helpful, he offered to have my car washed and went through all the information and history of my car. I asked them if they could give my car a quick look over because I wanted to make sure I bought a good car and they found a small leak from a suspension part, and a loose lower joint. They had the parts available and fixed it for me in 2 hours. The price was really good and they quoted me less because to replace both parts there was "overlap" so they took a lot of labor cost off. I have never heard of a dealership doing that. Steve and especially the technician were very honest and helpful. I was a little worried pulling into the dealer and left feeling very good. I cant explain the relief of knowing im not being taken or ripped off. These are very good people and I wouldnt hesitate to go back anytime I need something. More
