I took my car in for routine service and truly felt like a VIP. The facility in Sudbury is immaculate and the service team is very warm and welcoming. My service manager Josh is a gem! First time I met him. My car needed an overnight repair and he quickly got papers in order and called for a loaner car. Once I got home I realized I had left my phone in my car. When I explained why I was back, he brought me into their sparkling clean garage, had the mechanic lower the car from the lift, then called my number so it could be located (between the seats)! Additional work needed to be done but he answered all my questions and calmed this nervous driver. I’d always have my car repaired here IF Josh were my service manager! More
