We were flying in from Syracuse to pick up the car and Tom even offered to pick us up from airport (Delta screwed that one up). Nevertheless, the car was exactly what they said it was and was ready to go when we got there. It says a lot when you can pick up a car (sigh unseen) and then drive it 2,300 miles across the country. Service was impeccable. Would definitely do business with this dealership again! More

We were looking at CPO's and had our eye on a very nice C300. When this sold a day prior to our appointment Natasha made sure that we knew that it had been sold. She was outstanding and worked with us early on a Saturday to find the right car, which was a GLA250. Love the car and especially the help that Natasha provided. Fun part was able to let they know about the United Airlines Club offer for 25,000 miles when buying either a New or CPO Mercedes. More
