I was very disappointed with some of the challenges from the first run of the current C class model and I had actually purchased a car and was going to end my relationship with Mercedes and Ray Catena. However, the dealership was great at helping me to understand the shifts in production since Covid and truly honored my long time loyalty with the brand. They had our vehicle in their care for about 10 weeks, sent it to body shop as per service rep, and was told by body shop they can not return car to us because nothing was fixed. Body shop which was excel sent it to body shop as per service rep, and was told by body shop they can not return car to us because nothing was fixed. Body shop which was excellent had to clean up the mess. Took another 2 weeks but did the job to the T, not Union Ray Catena Service department. Embarrassment. More
