Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands

I am very pleased with Mercedes Benz of the woodlands I have had an a/c problem with my 2012 ml 350 for almost 4 years. After 7-9 months it stops cooling I have had 2 other Mercedes Dealerships and 3 indiv have had an a/c problem with my 2012 ml 350 for almost 4 years. After 7-9 months it stops cooling I have had 2 other Mercedes Dealerships and 3 individual garages look at it nobody could find the problem and fix it.They all put more Freon in it and 7-9 months later it stops cooling.I talked with one of the service managers at Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands Mr. Donald Hutchins I told him the problems I was having with the car he told me that they could find and fix the problem. They did just that they found the problem and fixed it I am so grateful to Mr Hutchins and Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands for finding this 4 year problem and fixing it. Thank you so very much. We had an amazing experience at MBOTW. We were immediately greeted by Trent after entering the showroom. After showing us a few vehicles and prior to test driving the vehicle we were interested, he took us around the facility to explain what separates MBOTW from the other dealerships. The facilities were immaculate including the garage area that you could view while waiting for your vehicle. Most impressive was Trent’s attention to detail. He was extremely professional, charming, and very knowledgeable on all the cars we reviewed. Prior to our test drive he spent a minimum of 10 minutes discussing and demonstrating the options and features of the vehicle. Trent is hands down the best sales associate I have ever worked with in my car buying experience. I look forward to working with him again in the future. More
