We are very pleased with the service at Mercedes Woodlands. There were a couple of hiccups with setting up the appointment with new staff but the shop was able to get us in and out of there in the t Woodlands. There were a couple of hiccups with setting up the appointment with new staff but the shop was able to get us in and out of there in the time they promised. The waiting area is classy & comfortable, and the people there are very friendly and helpful. It's really hard to us to take our cars in anywhere else. Very much recommend this location. More
