He explained everything in full detail to us, and was very helpful and understanding. He made us feel very much at ease in the comfortable environment there. After asking which type of vehicle we were interested in purchasing, we filled out all necessary paperwork. We then test drove a 2014 Jeep Patriot and fell in love with it! I was not looking forward to the process of buying a vehicle. I pulled in to Merchants Auto and when I began to walk to the door I was met by Ryan Spada. My first thought was, "Here we go, I'm going to have to deal with a pushy salesman." Quite to the contrary, Ryan was the furthest thing from what I expected. He made me feel welcome. I didn't feel pressured or hassled at any point. He found a vehicle perfect for me and the whole process was completed in a much shorter time than I anticipated.
