Richard Roy (Sales Consultant) cared and wanted me to find the right car for me. Richard proceeded to show me 14 cars for me to sit in on a cold and rainy Saturday. We also test drove two cars before I decided on a Chevy Traverse. The price of the Traverse was fair and I received a fair trade-in value for my Subaru Forester.
