My rep, Joe Hodgson, worked with me until we found a quality car that I could afford. I was anxious going into the dealership but, from the first moment I was there, there was no pressure and I was able to get a car that I feel safe in and one that won't break my budget. Joe was upbeat, personable, and more than willing to work with me until I found something I could love. But it wasn't just him; everyone there made it clear that the customer truly DOES matter and that he or she always comes first. The impression I have, after my experience, is that Merchant's Auto is a fantastic place to work at, but also a fantastic place to work with. They have gained a customer for life and I will always recommend them when the opportunity arises. I love my new Hyundai, I love my new dealership, and I couldn't be happier. More

Excellent and non pushy service We called in and we were told to come meet with Scott. He led us to Lisa. We couldn't have been happier. We were not hassled to leave a deposit, we just said we would be back and that's how it was left. We returned and everything was waiting for us , the cars to test drive, all of the paperwork. You guys got us a great interest rate and gave my in-laws a referral check. As I said my wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience or the atmosphere .
