Excellent, quality service! September 13th, 2016 I met with Chris Kordas to purchase a used vehicle. Chris was amazing in getting me into the vehicle of my choice. He and the whole team bent over backwards to keep me pleased. I went in with a budget, and Chris made sure he was able to keep me at my budget level without having to choose a different vehicle. Let's be honest, it's never any fun buying a new vehicle; everyone has a "deal" just for you. Merchants made my experience tolerable. Chris was always informing me of the progress, and not just leaving me there to sit and wait. Chris is a great guy, and more importantly, upfront and honest. I will be passing Chris' name on to any of my family and friends looking to purchase a used vehicle. I would also like to note that I missed my vehicle pickup time with Chris, and had other documents needed. Chris had left for the day, my fault not his. Easy Purchase I had found car I was interested on-line, an Audi A6. Price was in range of others I had seen in market. Age, mileage, color were what I was looking I had found car I was interested on-line, an Audi A6. Price was in range of others I had seen in market. Age, mileage, color were what I was looking for and I had a less than stellar experience at an Audit dealership the day before - I walked away from a deal. My experience at Merchants was entirely opposite. I called in the AM - confirmed the car was still available. Called me back shortly after to have me ask for Chris Kordas when I got there that evening. Arrived, was in the car taking a test drive shortly there after. Stated I was interested and asked for a slightly reduced price - Chris did a quick check with manager and came back and we had a deal. Was back day after next with a check (paid cash) and was out of there. I did ask about their extended warranty - after review I stated lack of interest - no problem - no pressure. Easy peasy.
