Very clean car lot and offices, staffed by friendly and helpful folks. The van is just as described and I'm very pleased with the service I received from Merchant's. My visit was mission specific, buy a new work van. I accomplished it with the help of the staff at the store. In the end I got a good vehicle, that I will refinance at my local credit union to get a better rate. Merchants has good people working in a very specific system. The dealer fees were more than most dealers I’ve seen and when I picked up the van I didn’t even get a full tank of fuel. More

Love my van, appreciate the delivery. Would have given 5 stars but unfortunately it was supposed to be fully gone thru and the driver sun visor is seized and can not be used at all.
