Extremely Friendly. I went in looking to get a car. Not knowing if i was going to get one or not. I sat down, gave some info, test drove a beautiful ruby red slipper! I won’t buy anywhere else! I’ve been to merchants previously and purchased 2 vehicles through them, both of which i LOVED. My daughter recently got her license and needed a good I’ve been to merchants previously and purchased 2 vehicles through them, both of which i LOVED. My daughter recently got her license and needed a good reliable car. I searched around for a bit and tried 1 other smaller dealership. I went to said dealership and was made VERY uncomfortable with inappropriate jokes and comments thrown my way by the salesman. I called Merchants and spoke to Michael Galer and explained my situation. He was very apologetic regarding the situation and suggested that i fill out an application and go down the merchants to see him. He went above and beyond and made sure to find a car she would love! He even helped plan out the surprise delivery for her! I genuinely enjoyed the car buying experience there again from beginning to end. I will continue to go there in the future and refer often.
