Customer Service I had a great experience at Metro Ford in Independence! I worked Craig Hill and Josh Corum. They made me feel very comfortable in our negotiations for I had a great experience at Metro Ford in Independence! I worked Craig Hill and Josh Corum. They made me feel very comfortable in our negotiations for my new Ford Explorer. They had the vehicle derailed for before taking it home and Craig -even though it was getting late in the evening took the time to walk me through the whole vehicle! I walked in with a not so hot credit score. with a specific car and number in mind. they worked with me in every way possible to make my dream come tr I walked in with a not so hot credit score. with a specific car and number in mind. they worked with me in every way possible to make my dream come true. I went for a car that I honestly felt might be out of my reach but the guys at Metro Ford said it was no problem. They spent a lot of time looking for the right lender to get me fixed up. When I went to take delivery of the car there was a small scratch on the door they immediately pulled it back into the shop and buffed everything to perfection. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a new Ford. My only complaint would be the paint protection I added to the car I still see lots of minor swirls in the paint in some areas and I wasn't given any instructions on what kind of special care if any was necessary. Other than that the car is amazing.(18 Focus ST) The people were amazing and I will absolutely go back when it is time for the wife to get a new ride!! More
