Great experience from Wyoming We are from Wyoming and were looking for a new van for our church. I looked all over the Internet and found what we were lookin for at Metro for the best price, but it was in Kansas City and we were not. My wife has family in Burlingame, KS and we were going to be close for a graduation so we thought we would check out the van. When we walked in Garrett greated us and showed us the van with no pressure. We really wanted to seal the deal but didn't have much time and he helped make it happen by closing. Garrett was very helpful, never pushy, and respected my requests for help and was timely in his responses. It was great to deal with Metro and their sales staff again. Shout out as well to John Stenvall for laying out my options for the add-ons. He saved me money while protecting the value of my truck. Awesome car buying experience. I came to the Ford dealership looking for a vehicle because I really like Fords but ended up purchasing a 2014 Dodge Journey. Garrett Gibson was my sa I came to the Ford dealership looking for a vehicle because I really like Fords but ended up purchasing a 2014 Dodge Journey. Garrett Gibson was my sales person and he was super nice, funny and friendly. I loved that instead of having me stand out in the rain to check out the vehicle he drove us down to the car wash and parked in a bay so I could get out and really look it over and show me all the features. It was everything I was looking for pretty much, smaller then what I really wanted(I had a 2000 Expedition that broke down) but was in my price range and will work for my job. Everyone was super nice threw the whole process all the way to the end and I never felt I was being forced into anything. I would and have already recommended people to go there to purchase a vehicle. Thanks for making my buying a vehicle a great experience and not a headache.. More
