Pro: My wife and I were able to walk the lot for over an jour without being accosted by a salesperson. Other Ford dealers were like sharks so we left. Dealership did not know it was under a serious recall notice and within 7 days of purchase, I learned its cellular modem is not functioning. It is not covered under either warranty and I am looking at my first repair bill of $550. This was not disclosed to me when purchasing. More

I had an appointment at 9:15 am. At 11:00 no one had come into the waiting room with a diagnosis. I went out to ask about it, finally got it going.
