I went to Metro Ford to have my 2020 Explorer ST serviced. While having a conversation with David Carach he mentioned that he had some 2022 Plaitnum that he could give me a great deal on. No oil change sticker in the window, I had to come back for that. The coupon I presented at scheduling was not reflected in the price. The print out of service was bare bones in the description departme for that. The coupon I presented at scheduling was not reflected in the price. The print out of service was bare bones in the description department. I had to walk half way to Lowe’s to get my 70k dollar truck. Goldstein does a white glove hand off at the front door. Really starting to reassess using your service department. Oh, and when I paid I was handed the receipt and they couldn’t find my keys. Add another 5 mins to the transaction. More
