This dealer was very good at face value. It was later that I learned that you cannot take their (finance dept) word and trust what they say. Stick with getting the warranty by Ford from Ford directly. I have never been straight-up lied to by any other dealer in my 30+ years of buying from dealers. I recommend trying another dealer if you can at all do so. More
