Responsive, knowledgeable and not pushy! I hate going into dealerships and asking questions the Sales guy doesn't know. I do a lot of research and love cars. 75% of the time I know more tha I hate going into dealerships and asking questions the Sales guy doesn't know. He answered all my questions; even down to how many Horse Power each of the vehicles had. He quoted me a number 15% higher for my trade-in than my buddy who is a GM at another dealership (not Lexus) without even have the used car manager involved (which is what they ended up giving me). On the evening of February 13th, I texted his personal cell number on his day off at 10:00 p.m. at night and said "Can you get me a completely different car from another Lexus dealer and have us take delivery tomorrow? I want to get the car for my wife for Valentine's day." He said, "I will try". We drove off the lot with the car we wanted with a phenomenal deal at 4:15 p.m. on February 14th. He personally drove to the other Lexus dealer to get the car. Christian is great! My wife texted me today (2/14/18); "I freakin love my car #bestvalentinesever. Thanks Christian! More
