Terry Ramey and the entire Lexus family were exceptional! Delivery specialist Trae Harris walked us through everything we needed to know about the vehicle and has a great personality and patience. Business manager Sarah Klien got us through all of the paperwork and explained all the warranties very well. It was just a great car buying experience for my wife and me.
