David and Francisco were very easy to work with and really listed to what we were looking for. They worked until we came to an acceptable agree. That being said I think image is very important. I think the shirt and tie dress code many dealers use is a bit much in the AZ heat, but pride in one's appearance is important as they are representing Chevrolet. Maybe botton down shirts or untucked shirts that are popular now? Don't get me wrong the relaxed atmosphere at your dealership was great and preferable to the pretentious atmosphere at a few dealers we were at. As I said they are very young and just need a lillle polishing to be a bit more professional. Also no nice way to sY this and I get it that it's ridiculously hot but a bit more attention to body odor is in order. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend your dealership and David and Francisco without hesitation. More

Took almost 3 hours for oil change and I forgot to tell them check engine light was on, and they didn't ask me about the check engine light.
