He was responsive, transparent, and patient with all of my questions while I compared several trucks across different states. Before I traveled, he made sure the truck went through the Ford Gold Certified inspection process, coordinated a tailgate repair I requested, and kept me updated on timing so there were no surprises. When I arrived, everything was ready exactly as promised — paperwork was smooth, the truck was clean and fully prepped, and the experience felt straightforward and honest. Buying a vehicle long-distance can be stressful, but this was about as easy as it gets. I never felt pressured, and they followed through on everything we discussed. We worked with Alex Biddle who was kind and understanding when we took a test drive and didn't get back to the dealership until well after closing. I’ve been searching for a Ford F250 diesel 4X4 with a front bench seat, less than 200k miles and under $15K. Needless to say the search continued for over 10 months. The truck I was looking at was a 2009 F250 with 118k miles and all the must-haves I mentioned. It was initially over my budget but we came to a very fair price and I drove it away!
