My father, and I stopped at Mike Murphy Ford first, because there was SUV, Ford Escape, I saw online that I wanted to check out. We found the particular Ford Escape right away, and I was hooked… Fred came over and introduced himself, and was great from the start. He was knowledgeable, honest, and personable. My past experiences purchasing cars has been overwhelming. This time around was completely different experience. I felt comfortable and heard. Fred listened to all my concerns, and most importantly was honest with me. After driving the Ford Escape, I ended up purchasing it. I love my new Ford Escape, and was extremely pleased with the dealership, and the customer service provided by Fred.
