"Above and beyond again"

Service department and Nick Reese did it again... I had a appointment for key fob not recognizing vehicle.. called Nick Reese and he set me appointment at the close time for me.. I got to Mike Murphy Ford and explained my issues and the service tech BOB took care of me.. Then I talked to Nick Reese about somethings and he offered a loaner car.. couldn’t ask for a better customer satisfaction.. JOB WELL DONE GUYS.. Thank you again

"poor service department"

I bought my 14 focus on 11-30 2015. Since then , it has only been serviced at this location--al oil changes, brakes, 2 recalls, etc. I now only have 59,000 miles on my car. car had 34,121 miles on it when I bought it. Got oil changed on7-10-18. the guy that waited on me, told me the passenger rear tire had 1 locking lugnut on rear passenger tire. my tread getting low. Only place that has a toll to do that is at Peorai Plaza Titre in Peioria, Il. ?ed the fact that in almost 3 years my tires had never been rotated. He gave me bs about what you get when you buy a used car. Yesterday 8-14-18 I took my husband with me to the service department at mike murphy ford. Told him how unhappy I was etc. I have the paperwork from every time my car has been at mike murphy service department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We we nt to Peotia Plaza Tires yesterday. THE TOOL FOR THE LOCKING LUG WAS IN MY TRUNK WITH SPAIR.. THANYOU for sening me to plaza tires. The people who work there are professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about them & I LOVE MY $540.00 tires. THANKS AGAIN FOR SENDING ME TO PEORIA PLAZA TIRES.

I needed service for my Ford Escape. I called and spoke with salesman, Anthony Davis. He went to the service department and set up the appointment for me on the date that would work best for me. He let me know who was in charge of service and if I had any questions to contact him. Everyone involved was very helpful and courteous.
