The situation that occurred leading to me needing a replacement car was heart breaking but I have nothing but the best best praise for Mike Murphy Ford. From the minute I met Justin I can't say enough positive things about my interactions with him. He has been so kind, patient, listened to my concerns and questions with prompt follow through and action. Levi has also been very helpful during the process of me getting the replacement car from them. It's been awhile since I have been involved with a dealership where I felt a personal connection. That I mattered as a customer and not just a number. Justin even offered to provide me a vehicle to drive because I had to turn my rental car in until mine was ready saying I was a considered a customer even though I hadn't taken physical possession of my new car yet. My experience with them has been so positive I will drive the extra distance to perform routine maintenance with their facility because I know I can trust what they do and say. The team has been fantastic! Ask for Justin because he knows how to treat you right!!!! More
