Overall positive experience, room for improvement We overall had a great experience. My husband and I had done our research and picked a very rainy day to buy a car. I would say that it was pretty offputting seeing employees smoking right outside the main entrance, The floor is very dirty, our daughter was filthy after playing in the kids area and crawling around to the point where I had to change her clothes. The people we did not work with directly were not personable. Derek, Mark, Beth and the gentleman that finalized our paperwork were wonderful. Thanks again to Derek because even after the sale was done, he went above and beyond to help us out with a couple issues that we had not previously noticed. More
