Very disappointed with the dealerships costumer service, on the sales floor and in service. I have been a loyal customer. I bought my first Explorer with Mike Murphy. Choose to go no where else to have it s on the sales floor and in service. I have been a loyal customer. I bought my first Explorer with Mike Murphy. Choose to go no where else to have it serviced. When looking to buy a 2020 explorer (NEW) and trade my other in the sales gentleman would not negotiate. He said “When your looking for a big girl car payment come back and see me.” I disappointedly walked away and continued my hunt at other dealerships. After finding what I was looking for at another Ford Dealership I bought my car. The vent rear vent broke a couple months after purchasing. I then called Mike Murphy (where I didn’t purchase my car to have them service the car and order the vent part), in November. It is now almost June and I have yet to get a call for the part or to get it fixed. Yesterday I called because for some reason my trunk wouldn’t release to open. My car is still under warranty. I asked what my options would be as they are VERY busy, 4 weeks out. I completely understand but I travel with my family for sports it’s hard when you can’t use your trunk. I was told by the service department, “ It looks like you didn’t buy your car from us so there is nothing we can do besides wait for an appointment.” Well I tried to buy my car from you, I have ONLY had this car serviced with you ... and yet I’m still treated like the black sheep. Where is the costumer service, I continue to try to spend my hard earned money with your company but am reassured I’m not a priority. More

Excellent service! Fuel pump went out in my truck- had it towed to Mike Murphy- although no loaner was available everything was covered under warranty and they had it back to me in just a few days towed to Mike Murphy- although no loaner was available everything was covered under warranty and they had it back to me in just a few days More

Kevin continually goes above and beyond to make sure the highest level of customer service is met. He goes out of his way to make the experience pleasant and with the least amount of interruption to my sche highest level of customer service is met. Great service. Diagnosed problem that was intermittent and causing allot of frustration for me when driving on highway. Provided me a loaner car. Love dealing with Mike Murphy! Especially as a women with small children, they make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is always friendly& went above & beyond to make sure they knew how to small children, they make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is always friendly& went above & beyond to make sure they knew how to change the oil in my Toyota the first time I brought it in.
