Fraudulent Listing! Terrible treatment!! I went over to Milton Martin Toyota yesterday to look at a 2025 Tundra Limited. The internet listing, seller stock sheet and Terrible treatment!! I went over to Milton Martin Toyota yesterday to look at a 2025 Tundra Limited. The internet listing, seller stock sheet and window sticker all had this truck advertised/shown with 5,013 miles. After test driving the truck and advising my interest in buying the truck the sells person and sells manager reviewed my trade in and agreed to 4,000$ for my trade in. It was only after this that I informed the sells team that the truck in actuality had 8,039 miles on it. I also showed them a truck at a different dealership, same year and trim level, with roughly 4,000 miles less and the price was roughly 3,000$ less as well. I asked my sells person to please confirm you have the truck price correct. To which the sells person I was working with did go and inform the sells manager. After returning they had lowered to overall cost of the truck to better support the actual miles and market value. However, they also reduced my trade by 1,500$. When I asked why my trade was reduced, they presented me with a Kelley Blue Book value sheet and said that is what they estimate it to be. My immediate reaction was, you knew this before when you agreed to pay me 4,000$ for it. So, what happened was I called them out on their error and then I paid the price for it. They wanted to make up the lower price due to their error by reducing my trade in value that we had already agreed on. This is a poor representation of how to do business. I would highly recommend buyers look closely at the paperwork they are providing and understand there are other trucks, cars, suvs, etc out there and you can walk. Just as I did. I took my car and went down the road and purchased the white Tundra that was properly priced and got an agreed to price for my car. More
Just returned from Milton Martin Toyota after having an air conditioning issue with my wife’s 1998 Toyota (she will not part with this car) repaired. The issue was resolved promptly at a reasonable price air conditioning issue with my wife’s 1998 Toyota (she will not part with this car) repaired. The issue was resolved promptly at a reasonable price with no attempt to sell additional work. We recently moved to Gainesville from the Chicago area and Milton Martin was selected based on an internet search. I could not be more pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend this dealership without reservation. One last observation, the physical facility is outstanding. There is a comfortable area away from the television where a person can read without one’s ears being assaulted by the daytime drivel on TV. I have spent a fair amount of time in Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus and Genesis dealerships and this is by far the best physical facility I have encountered. More
Had a confirmed appointment with Mark Doyle to look at a car that was to be delivered by truck prior to our appointment. I explained to him I was coming an hour and a half to look at the car and he assured car that was to be delivered by truck prior to our appointment. I explained to him I was coming an hour and a half to look at the car and he assured me it would be delivered two hours prior to my arrival. When we were within sight of the dealership he sent me a text informing me two of his previous appointments were late showing up so would need to push my appointment time back an hour and that the car he previously assured me would be there would actually not arrive for two more days. He told me there were other cars I could look at and test drive. Sounds like a bait and switch to me. Took my business to Cherokee County Toyota and had a great experience. Stay away!!! More

It was a four owner vehicle that spent time in Pennsylvannia (= exposure to road salt) so I got underneath the car and saw the exhaust system was rotting out, as well as several bolts (inside and outside) rusted from chemical exposure. The car was overpriced versus the market to begin with and I offered a cash price that took into account the correct market pricing, minus the cost of replacing the exhaust system and muffler. The sales manager Bryan Strickland came out and completely refused to negotiate on price at all. He admitted he'd had the car on the lot a long time, that it was overpriced, that it has significant exhaust muffler and structural bolt damage, but he still refused to counter my offer in any way shape or form. In 35 years of car buying, I have never met a car dealer who refused to negotiate on used car pricing and I can't help but wonder if it's because I went in as a woman without my husband in tow then got underneath the car out in their parking lot. If you're a woman this is probably not a great place to shop, especially if you know cars. And whatever your gender may be - be aware that this company replaced the car seats to shine this used car up while ignoring major mechanical issues that are soon to be an expensive repair. Whatever's going on there, this dealership isn't the way you want to do business. More
