Award Winning Sales Team Hello, I went car shopping at Miracle Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Gallatin Tn. last week to look for a used vehicle. My husband and myself was greeted Hello, I went car shopping at Miracle Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep in Gallatin Tn. last week to look for a used vehicle. My husband and myself was greeted by Kyle Townsend, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it is commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough of a good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. At that time we didn't want to trade our car so we didn't want to pay the high priced car payment. I had a dream about this car. Well I got a ss raise and we decided to trade our car. We went back to see Ken and Chris. We were welcomed and and I told them about the dream. We all laughed and they said they would see what they could do for us. We feel they worked for us!! We were happy with the trade in, and they stayed with in our price range so we could comfortably afford the car. We couldn't be happier. Great Day! We came in with low expectations of being able to trade in our car because we were so upside down with it. We drove away in a brand new Journey with third row seating!! Our monthly payments are the same as our vehicle we traded! The staff are very friendly and are pressure free. Excellent Customer Service! Had seen a car I was interested in and contacted Kyle Townsend about it. He picked it up and brought it to my work for me to test drive since I wasn't Had seen a car I was interested in and contacted Kyle Townsend about it. He picked it up and brought it to my work for me to test drive since I wasn't able to go look at it. I gave him all of the details of what all I wanted to do. He took it back and him and Brad Billingsley worked out a deal that was exactly what I was asking. So thankful for the help I received from the two. Excellent customer service!
