THERE. ARE. NO. WORDS. that would adequately describe how wonderful my experience with this dealership has been. I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Compass Sport in October 2013. Along with the sale of the vehicle, a deal was made to have power locks and windows installed (since the model didn't come with it). After driving the car for a little under 90 days, I brought it back to the dealership to have everything installed. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to install power locks and windows. This was extremely upsetting to me because the sale of the vehicle depended on this deal. However, Bert Curry was sure to make things right. He made things SO RIGHT that he replaced my car with an even newer car, and an upgraded package. Kevin Lee helped in expediting the sale and paperwork - making my experience even better. Although I worked closely with Bert and Kevin, the entire staff was friendly, engaging and a complete joy to be around. In the beginning I was willing to go out of my way to this dealership instead of the dealership closer to my house, and it was because of the numerous stellar reviews by customers. All I can say is that I am thrilled I made the decision to come to these guys - because they literally work miracles. More

My original reason for stopping at this dealer was to look at pre-0wned Chrysler 300's. However, the 300's available were older than I wanted. Good thing! After about 2 miles into the test drive I knew a 300 would be replacing my Nissan 370-Z. My entire experience with Kevin, plus the several others I talked to during my stay at the dealer ship was outstanding. I was on my way to another dealership, where I had purchased my last vehicle and decided to stop at Miracle to look at their Grand Cherokees. Michael Moore in sales greeted me with a smile and a handshake and took out front to view their vehicles. We then started negotiating on the difference between my trade-in and a new Grand Cherokee. Between Michael and Bert Curry, we came to deal both parties agreed to. As they were doing the paper work, I wrote out my check to Miracle for the agreed amount, when Mr. Curry came in and said he had got the amount a little lower. I have never had a dealer come back and lower their price after we shook hands on a trade. Miracle says, that they what you to be part of their family and they mean it. While waiting for the vehicle to be cleaned, Michael took me around to meet the managers of the different departments, I never had any other salesman take the time to do it. I would recommend Miracle Chrysler, Bert Curry and Michael Moore to my family and friends for new or used vehicles. Because we thought the interior package was exactly the same as the car I test drove, Miracle offered to split the cost of power lock and window installation - that is MORE than accommodating! AND Joe Jackson treated my fiancé and I to dinner by way of a gift card to our favorite restaurant for the "inconvenience." I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends or to anyone I know who's in the market for a car! More

I had an appointment with Chris to look at trading my Ford Escape in on another vehicle. As soon as I walked in I was met with a friendly face and when I told them I had an appointment with Chris they immediately paged him and he came to me and apologized that he was with another customer(I was several hours early) and he did not want to keep me waiting and asked if it was ok if his associate helped me which it was. I told his associate what I was looking for in a vehicle and he immediately took me to the Dodge Journey which was exactly what I was looking for. We test drove and then started negotiations and they worked with me and my husband and was able to get a deal that suited our needs and finances well. Would recommend them to anyone who needed a new vehicle. More
