Because we thought the interior package was exactly the same as the car I test drove, Miracle offered to split the cost of power lock and window installation - that is MORE than accommodating! AND Joe Jackson treated my fiancé and I to dinner by way of a gift card to our favorite restaurant for the "inconvenience." I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends or to anyone I know who's in the market for a car! More

I had an appointment with Chris to look at trading my Ford Escape in on another vehicle. I told his associate what I was looking for in a vehicle and he immediately took me to the Dodge Journey which was exactly what I was looking for. We test drove and then started negotiations and they worked with me and my husband and was able to get a deal that suited our needs and finances well. It really was a fairly easy process and everyone was very nice. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we could not take advantage of the customer referral deal. Our son bought his car on Saturday and we returned on Monday to purchase our car and were told we couldn't take advantage of this incentive because we were "family." This is something we think "corporate" really needs to change. More
