We had a wonderful experience with the sales associate, Bryan Oh, at the Mission Viejo Kia location. This is my second time coming to this location and since Jeff took care of me last time, I followed up with him. I'm sure there are lots of people he deals with daily however, I really appreciate the custom Jeff took care of me last time, I followed up with him. I'm sure there are lots of people he deals with daily however, I really appreciate the customer service he provides as he goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of and in this case it was no different he really made sure I was taken care as my car had to be in the shop for a few days so I really appreciated his hospitalality. Also Gilbert the tech that was helping him on my car was great again I really appreciate the videos that are sent over and more importantly the care they provide to make sure the issues are resolved I am not sure if he was the only tech that was working on my car however I do appreciate their work. I have to say that the experience there was amazing. I worked with Mike Spigarelli . He had the patience of a saint. I was not sure walking in what was going to work for me. After looking at several vehicles and explaining to him what I was looking for he helped me to find the perfect car and deal I needed. He went out of his way to make sure I got the discounts I was eligible for ( military) even though at first I couldn’t find the necessary information needed to qualify for it. . I was willing to forgo it and he and the financial person worked together with me to find what we needed and I got the additional discount. I went back 3 times until I could make a final decision and each time Mike listened patiently to my rambling concerns and questions. I love the way he showed me himself the difference between buying or leasing the car and compared the cost helping me to weigh out my options. My son who represents car dealerships was allowed to review each step on the contract with Mike before my final signature. I walked away with no buyer regrets nor any questions. He has reached out to me again to ask if there’s anything that I need or if I have any questions still. Buying a car can cause anxiety and yet Mike and Mission Viejo Kia came through for me.
