This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had - Kevin made me feel 100% comfortable with the process. I would like to start by saying I’m over 12 hrs away - so I’ve never physically met h had - Kevin made me feel 100% comfortable with the process. In addition, this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on-line: Kevin clearly explained everything to me around the process, he set the expectations for me, and most importantly DELIVERED on EVERYTHING, ON TIME, as stated. When the vehicle arrived it exceeded my expectations, and Kevin didn’t just go dark on me after the deal was done. Kevin may just be the first true American Car Salesman for the people! Funny, but true! Even with having to ship the vehicle - I still feel that I got an amazing deal in a tough market, and the customer service experience was the better than any in-person experience I’ve had.
