Top notch After visiting several dealerships and explaining to them how busy I was, and it is difficult for me to find time to drive all kinds of cars and then After visiting several dealerships and explaining to them how busy I was, and it is difficult for me to find time to drive all kinds of cars and then wait around for paperwork and approvals, etc, they all did the same thing. Blew smoke and wastes my time. I saw a jeep that I had previously driven at another dealership listed at Modern Auto. I inquired about it, spoke to the owner of the dealership and made arrangements to see the vehicle. Here's the hitch. I told him how crazy my work schedule is, and he went above and beyond to take my needs seriously. Next day Keith the finance manager called me, and went over all the info he needed to get me approved should I want to buy the car after I drove it. He was back to me In 30 minutes with my interest rate, monthly pmts, etc I was shocked after dealing with the other less than stellar dealers. The most amazing part is, because my schedule was difficult, Keith offered to stay past closing time so I could test drive the car. Needless to say the vehicle was amazing. Looked and drove like new. So we signed the papers and was back the next day to pick up. Only the next day because the registry was closed when I test drove. Next after I drove away, I noticed a very very small crack in the windshield. I let Keith know via email. A few minutes later I recieved a call from the glass company that would be coming to me to replace my windshield. These guys are top notch. I have never experienced this level of customer service at a dealership. I will be recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a used car. More
