Excellent experience purchasing my first brand-new vehicle. Michael Bennice answered all of my questions and concerns. The only issue I had during my interactions was being transferred to from sales to finiance and some miscommunication. Nothing terrible, especially given everything being handled online and over the phone. On vehicle pickup day, Michael arranged for a vehicle to pick me up from the train station instead of me getting another form of transportation to the dealership. It took some time to finalize everything given they were busy. So they gave me a plate of food from the employee lunch given I had to wait and the distance I traveled to pick up the pilot. Since is was raining, Michael had the pilot kept in the detail shop so I could see and experience it without the rain first. I'll be driving the distance to have the pilot serviced at the dealership because of my positive experience there. More
