We have also found their Service Department to be of a similar caliber when servicing our 2012 Honda Ridgeline these past several years. I came here a few days before Christmas looking for a new car. I found a car I liked but had to order it due to their not being any new ones in stock. We worked out a deal I put a down payment down and I was car. I found a car I liked but had to order it due to their not being any new ones in stock. We worked out a deal I put a down payment down and I was sent on my way and was told I'll be getting a call when the car came in. I received a phone call saying the car will be in "this" day just to later find out that day that the car didn't show. This happened several times with bad weather and covid being the excuse for the delays. When the car finally showed I requested a purchase agreement to send to my bank. Once they found out I decided to go through my own bank things really went downhill from there. It took several phone calls requesting the purchase agreement before finally getting it next day after the first initial phone call. After reading through the agreement I realized they charged me an extra 2 grand. I called and tried to fix it but they tried to say they didn't agree to the price I was stating. After about a half hour they finally fixed my purchase agreement, sent it over and I was able to continue with my bank. I then sent all the information to my bank and had everything approved and the check set. Next day, my sales person contacted me again stating my purchase agreement was wrong they had to charge me the 2 grand because they made a mistake when making my agreement back in December and they can't "eat the cost". I refused and disagreed with him and all of his financial managers. They insisted I was responsible for paying for it even though it was their mistake. After refusing and getting angry they tried getting me to pay for half of it even though they kept admitting it was their fault. It wasn't until I asked to speak to the owners and stated I will get a lawyer and settle this out that they finally agreed to the agreement we originally signed. However, it didn't stop there. Several days later when I was picking up the car they told me I needed to contact my bank because they gave me the wrong vin number to give them. They said it was no big deal they just had to change it in their system. Wrong! I had to file for a whole new loan and warranty and cancel out my current one! AND!!!!! They knew they gave me the wrong VIN number when they called me trying to get me to pay for their mistake and didn't even tell me..... THEY WAITED! Needless to say me and my boyfriend will NEVER be purchasing a car from here again and we'll be sure to NEVER refer people here! More
