Another stellar experience with Mohawk Honda! I traded in my 2018 for a 2022. Alex Hernandez provided exceptional service as we assessed my vehicle for trade in and looked at incoming inventory I traded in my 2018 for a 2022. I was fortunate that mine arrived just six weeks later! The business manager, Sondra, provided quick and efficient delivery and explanation of paperwork and my transaction was very smooth. Shout out to Ryan Karabin, the delivery specialist who sat in the new car with us and explained all the new features! He helped us set it up to our liking and gave us lots of resources for our future questions. We drove off the lot with a car personalized and ready to go!
