Friendly employees but long day! Our salesman, MJ, was super friendly and worked hard to find my husband what he wanted. Michael in financing was also very understanding and accommodating to our situation. Everyone was very pleasant and did what they could to speed up the process! The dealership has a great atmosphere with specialty coffee drinks, flavored water, and cookies. The only negative is that we were there most of the day. Even though we had to go home to pick up our car that we were trading in and were gone for almost 2 hours, we had to wait a for several more hours to complete the sale. We were there on Black Friday so that could have had a lot to do with the long day so I am not holding this against them. More

Took too long for the process Our salesman didn't do a bad job but there was just too much sitting around and waiting. He also cycled between us and other potential customers while we waited. One thing I didn't like was when they told me that my 2010 Accord had "a tick" in the engine. This was NOT true and is a sales ploy to get the price of my trade lower, so I pushed back a little and when we put our coats on to leave, they finally "got it" that we were not stupid. It's too bad that to get a good car at a fair price there has to be so much drama and rigmarole. More
