I was greeted nicely and was introduced to MJ, he emmidiatly made me open my eyes by asking the right questions and finally got me into a vehicle that suits my needs for an amazing price. I would like to thank everyone at Mohawk Honda for making this experience one of a Kind. The made the 1st experience an amazing one and the 2nd one even better. They will do everything possible to make you happy. One thing I was impressed about was when I was told. “Our goal is to make you happy even if you walk out without buying a car from us, but you made this trip so what can we do to make this trip worth while?” The perfect plan was put together very well. Ultimately, I had an amazing experience MJ along with all the sales associates I interacted with and Junior who walked me through the vehicles specs were very attentive not just with me but I also noticed how they dealt with other costumer. Awful customer service experience Saturday evening, my mother in law and I went and looked at their used vehicles. Well she decided she wanted to look inside one of them (she knew she Saturday evening, my mother in law and I went and looked at their used vehicles. Well she decided she wanted to look inside one of them (she knew she wasn't able to test drive it since they were closing soon). So we went in, stood around for a couple minutes-- in that time, no one greeted us. We had to ask someone in passing if there was anyone available to just show her the inside of one of the vehicles. The guy (Shane Koval) wandered around for about 10 minutes looking to see if someone was available to help us. ( in that time he could've showed her the SUV and scheduled her an appointment to come back and test drive- but he was too busy apparently). He eventually asked one of the sales managers and as they were standing behind us to the left the Sales manager (Mark Ellis) said 'if not, then broom her'. The guy (Shane) then gave a look (what some would call an 'oh xxxx' face, unsure if we heard) and said they're right there and pointed towards us. If you ask me, that's awful and disrespectful- especially if you want the person to return to your business and purchase from you. Sad though, because I've always heard good things about Mohawk Honda... I know I won't be purchasing anything from them. More
