The latest purchase started with an internet search and conversations with Samantha. She helped us set up an appointment at the dealership to come in for a look. Our salesperson was Mark Ellis, who was friendly, informative and efficient. We test drove the vehicle, negotiated the price and were out the door within about two hours. When we came back the following business day to sign the papers, Katie Gattuso had everything ready so we were in and out in about 30 minutes, including a comprehensive run though of the vehicle. We wrapped up the deal by meeting with Nick and Kim Bonarrigo. The car was ready on time and delivered as promised. Great experience from start to finish. More

The very first thing he did was walk me around the dealerships to show me where everything was and make me feel at home. The test drive itself was fantastic he showed me the new collision center and made me back into a parking spot just so I could see the backup camera in action. When we were done he thanked me for my time and was ready to have me leave for my next test drive at another dealership. The way he talked and treated me was enough for me to skip the next test drive and purchase my CR-V from Mark. This will be my dealership from now on. It was exactly what I needed to get my foot through the door as I just had a terrible experience from a different Honda dealership out in Albany. Walking through the doors I was immediately greeted from an associate (can't remember his name), he then grabbed Brad to help us for the remainder of the sale. Brad was/is very straight forward (not the sugar coat kind of guy, which I appreciated most), knowledgeable and had the most patience I've ever seen (being that we walked in with two toddlers that wanted no part in this, thank goodness for the kids room). I can't/couldn't have thanked Brad and Tom enough for their determination on letting us walk out the door with a new car same day as there were MANY roadblocks that were preventing it, but they got it done! I've already recommended Brad as well as the dealership overall to many of my friends and I will absolutely continue to do so. More
