On purchase day, they met us with a fair price and found us a competitive loan rate in under an hour. I got to test drive the exact vehicle. All insurance, registration and warranty info was clear and easy. They helped us utilize our previous warranty and made sure monthly payments were exactly in my budget. Everyone pitched in and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They got our new vehicle ready while we had coffee, and they even shared some of their lunch with us.
