Bad feelings erased. I've written a couple of bad reviews for Mohawk Honda that I would like to retract. Had a bad experience with a salesperson and I vented to a couple o I've written a couple of bad reviews for Mohawk Honda that I would like to retract. Had a bad experience with a salesperson and I vented to a couple of people with little or no response. Since then, Alan Kholstinin reached out to us and asked if we would come in for a sit down with him and explain what transpired. We met with him yesterday and explained how frustrated we were with our salesperson. He listened to what we had to say and was very sympathetic to our concerns. He explained that some people have a need to learn how to deal with people and what to do and what not to do. Ignoring customers is a big No No in ANY business and he assured us that he would address this with the sales staff in training programs. We left there feeling a lot better about Mohawk Honda and will return there for service and possibly for a new Pilot when the time comes. Again please ignore my previous rants and give them a try. Some of the younger sales people went out of their way to try and help us, and one such person (Brandon?) helped us with our doors locks even when it wasn't his job. Well Done. More

Fast and friendly . When we came to pick up our car we accidentally locked our keys in the car we drove to get there (which is not a Honda) they went out of their way t . I honestly went in for service and after realizing that my former Honda Pilot had given me great years . It was time for a new one. I upgraded to the Honda Pilot Touring. He answered all my questions and I feel like I have a better understanding of my financing package and what I need to purchase in the future to fit my changing needs. While it doesn't make sense for me to make the trade-in right now, I will certainly be going back to Mike in August/September to trade in my car. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a friendly, informative car professional. More
