Branden listened to my last poor experience with a Toyota dealership and was very receptive to all my wants, explained the financing processs, and explained all the paperwork when I came in to pick up my new vehicle. Also I had a wonderful experience with Michael in finance, and with Caleb who went over how everything works and helped me program my phone and so on before I left the dealership.
