We were at Momentum at 4:10 PM to sign the contract documents. We waited more than an hour to be called in to sign the documents. In the office it took another hour to complete signing the documents. B documents. We waited more than an hour to be called in to sign the documents. In the office it took another hour to complete signing the documents. By the time we got out it was 7:30 PM. I never thought it has take almost three hours to complete the process. The cost for prepaid maintenance was not explained properly. I would say the experience at finance dept was tiring. I would rate the finance dept at 2.5 STARS Our salesman Ivan Perez was courteous, never pushy and promptly returned my calls and was easy to work with. I would rate him at 5 STARS. More

I just recently bought a BMW 528i at this dealership, the process was very easy and no pressure at all. I wanted to get a better price though, but they did not accept to get into the haggling mode. After I t process was very easy and no pressure at all. I wanted to get a better price though, but they did not accept to get into the haggling mode. After I took the car, I realized that the windshields washer pump was not working, and they accepted to fix for me. Bruce Le, the salesman, was very kind and easy to work with. The only thing I did not like is that they added a theft protection plan and an interior protection plan and those are non-optional, so if you want the car you will have to pay about thirteen hundred more.
