They were very Helpful and attentive when I was looking/buying a car. But once they got my money i was placed on the backburner. I brought the car on a Monday around 2pm. They refused to do a 100- looking/buying a car. But once they got my money i was placed on the backburner. I brought the car on a Monday around 2pm. They refused to do a 100-point inspection which is done by most if not all BMW dealerships I have been to and brought cars. i had some extra work done on my wheels, and they told me I would get a 2nd key. Well, I am still waiting for my car to be finished (its Thursday evening 5:30pm) My extra Key (2nd Key) well they don't know when it's coming. The major thing is I have been treated less than and unfairly since they received the funds for the car. Can't get anyone to call me as to the status of my car. Said they would call, but I haven't heard from anyone. Do Not Buy a Car from them, once they get your money you are no longer of importance! More
